Where can I download the app?+
The Mac app is still in development. The Download page will have the installer when it’s ready.
How do I start an edit?+
Paste or drag your loose audio and video files into CutSwitch. Match each speaker to a camera, choose your rhythm, then export your edited podcast.
Do I need to export XML first?+
No. Loose files are the simplest way to start. Final Cut XML import is still available if your project is already set up there.
Where can I finish my edit?+
Import your edited podcast into Final Cut Pro or CapCut, then refine it in your editor.
Can’t sign in?+
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page, or choose Sign in with an email link. Open the email on the same device and browser. You can set a password from your account.
How do credits work?+
Your account shows credits available now. Transcription takes about 1 credit per source minute. Reusing a transcript doesn’t charge it again. Add a pack or enable auto top-up from your account.
