A few useful answers
What does a credit cover?+
Transcription uses about 1 credit per minute of source footage. A 60-minute source takes about 60 credits. Reusing an existing transcript doesn’t charge those credits again.
What if I run out?+
Add a one-time credit pack from your account, or enable auto top-up. Credit packs don’t change your subscription.
Can I try it first?+
The app is still in development. A 7-day trial with 4 transcription hours is planned for new subscribers when it’s available.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Manage Billing in your account lets you cancel future payments. Paid charges are non-refundable under our refund policy.
Do I need Final Cut Pro to start?+
No. Paste or drag your loose audio and video files into CutSwitch. Map your speakers, then import your edited podcast into Final Cut Pro or CapCut. Final Cut XML import is also supported.
